Black & Veatch have designed and built some of the world's
most prestigious and pioneering water treatment plants, producing
world class solutions for utilities, governments and local
authorities worldwide. It is estimated that 500 million people
rely daily on water treated by the company's processes, in
places as far afield as London, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Ankara,
Lagos, Mumbai and Hong Kong. As well as designing and building
new facilities, projects involving the refurbishment and upgrading
of existing plants are undertaken.
Proven processes are available to produce drinking water of
the highest quality. We have specialist expertise in cryptosporidium
control and our water distribution team works all over the
world to provide solutions on water quality, leakage, metering
and billings. We devise solutions for networks of all sizes
including all aspects of modelling and the design of service & storage
reservoirs.
Our specialist water/wastewater process team works on a worldwide
basis under the name of Proteus (Process Team for Universal
Solutions). This is a worldwide network of process experts
co-ordinated by Frank Rogalla from our UK Offices.
