WATER PROCESSES
Processes offered, which can be applied to potable water, boiler
feed water, process water and ultra Pure Water, include:
- Clarification - by cost effective flat bottomed clarifiers,
or by the new generation, patented COCO DAFF (counter current
dissolved air flotation and filtration), combining high efficiency
DAF with filtration in one unit;
- Filtration - pressure or gravity in various configurations,
including Black & Veatch's well established 'K' type suspended
filter floor;
Carbon adsorption - gravity or pressure;
- Membrane treatment - various systems for removal of organic or inorganic contaminants;
- Ion exchange - for demineralisation of water for process use;
- Recarbonation - final treatment of distillate for potable use.
