SEVERN TRENT ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN (STAMPS)
The Challenge
Severn Trent were faced with the problem of how to keep track
of their existing assets for 4,500 plants, and manage information
about changes.
Our Solution
BV identified that an asset register was needed to support programmes
used to co-ordinate the client’s asset management programme,
capital replacement programme and asset maintenance work. We
reviewed plant and facility data for all 4,500 sites, including
site surveys of 3,100 sites. We also developed and successfully
delivered an asset management system through which to record
and track assets and condition data.
