E-CONSULTATION FOR THE SUFFOLK ESTUARINE FLOOD MANAGEMENT
STRATEGY
Helping the Environment Agency.
The Challenge
The Environment Agency needed an effective way to consult with
the public about the major issues and processes that the Environment
Agency will be following in determining the strategies for the
three estuaries in Suffolk.
Our Solution
A web portal was created for public consultation regarding the
strategies for the three estuaries in Suffolk. As part of the
consultation process, visitors interested and/or affected by
the strategy are able to use the portal to find out about the
scheme and respond with questions or concerns. The web site has
been designed to have a clear and clean professional style with
an intuitive system of navigating. The site is compliant with
International Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines and
the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
