If we are not visiting your campus in person, you’ll need to apply on-line then, often a brief phone interview with either a human resources representative or a hiring manager will be conducted first. If you are invited to come in for an office interview, in most cases you will meet with a human resources department representative, the hiring manager, and sometimes key members of the department's team. Of course, references and education will be checked before any offer of employment is extended.
